Return Policy

At Sanolla, we are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your digital stethoscope within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Return:

• Products must be unused and returned in their original, unopened packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials.
• Items that have been opened, used, or show any signs of wear are not eligible for return.
• Returns must include proof of purchase.

Defective Products:

Sanolla digital stethoscopes are covered by a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device malfunctions due to a material or workmanship issue during this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Customers may also extend the warranty by one additional year (for a total of three years) by purchasing an extended warranty at checkout for $32.

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective.
• Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
• Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
